Darren Noy

Darren received his PhD in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley - where he also later served as a Visiting Professor. Darren's work as a sociologist focuses on topics of organizational theory, networks, culture, and applied research methodologies. After receiving his PhD, he spent four years at McKinsey & Company serving clients on areas of strategy and organization. Darren began his career as a community organizer and community builder working with low-income communities in the San Francisco Bay Area and in Central America.  More recently, Darren held product leadership roles at Symantec and Outpace Systems.


Matthew Hayward

Matt has over 15 years of experience building and delivering software.  Matt built the professional services organizations from the ground up at software companies Delphix and Coverity. He started his career as a database engineer at Amazon.com where he was responsible for shopping cart databases.  Matt holds BS degrees in mathematics and physics, and a MS in computer science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
